The Mental Health Outpatient Program at St. Joseph's Care Group offers OHIP funded psychological services, including assessments, individual services, and group services.


Other services include:

- Psychiatric diagnostic assessment and medication consultations

- Addictions and Concurrent Disorders

- Chronic Pain Management

- Case Management and Supportive Housing

- Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation

BounceBack is a free, guided self-help, cognitive-behavioural therapy program for anxiety or mood difficulties using telephone coaching, skill-building workbooks, and online videos.

Referrals can be made by your family doctor/nurse practitioner or you can self-refer (as long as you have a family doc/NP).
